Job Description

In this full-time, onsite position, youll serve as an ASD teacher, collaborating daily with fellow educators, supporting IEP implementation, and tailoring strategies to meet each students unique needs. As a valued resource, your skills in classroom management and documentation will help ensure your students receive the guidance and education they deserve.

What Were Looking For:

  • Valid and active Georgia Special Education Teacher licensure/certification (confirmation required with application)
  • Proven experience in a school-based special education (SPED) environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with educators and support personnel
  • Strong classroom management skills and experience supporting individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, on site for the entire school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Adapt curriculum and develop strategies to ensure every students success
  • Work closely with general education staff to support inclusion and progress
  • Implement, manage, and monitor IEPs
