Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Special Education Teaching Certification required

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique strengths and needs
• Provide direct instruction and academic support to K-12 students across a range of disabilities
• Track and monitor students progress, maintaining accurate records and preparing required reports
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and school staff to support inclusion and ensure accommodations
• Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and encouraging classroom culture

The assignment includes a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five days, allowing for strong continuity with your students while maintaining work-life balance.
