In this contract position, youll collaborate on-site with a dedicated team and receive direct support from experienced leadership. The school is seeking an enthusiastic educator prepared to start as soon as possible through the extended school year. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:20 am to 3:30 pm, with a daily half-hour lunch break.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Special Education Teacher certification
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge in working with diverse learning disabilities
• Ability to design and implement effective instructional strategies for students in grades K8
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to being present on-site throughout the assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a 16-student caseload across Kindergarten through 8th grade
• Develop and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to suit various student needs
• Deliver targeted intervention and classroom instruction in partnership with faculty and support staff
• Maintain ongoing communication with families and other stakeholders
• Collaborate in meetings, assessments, and goal setting to maximize student success
