Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education License required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction to students with varying learning needs in self-contained, resource, or inclusion settings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student growth and success
  • Collect data and track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive classroom climate that encourages student participation and confidence
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal special education regulations
