Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Prior experience working with students with IEPs and diverse learning needs
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, staff, and administrators
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to multiple ability levels
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
