Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Indiana teaching license required
• Certification in Mild Intervention for SPED resource position (caseload: 25-30 students)
• Certification in Intense Intervention for SPED essential position (caseload: 10 students)
• Strong classroom management skills and adaptability
• Commitment to creating individualized educational plans
• Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with families and colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized instruction based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students with mild or intense intervention needs, depending on assignment
• Track and document progress toward academic and behavioral goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Communicate effectively with families to promote student success
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations in special education
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning atmosphere

Schedules run from approximately 8:20 AM to 3:10 PM daily, with some flexibility depending on classroom assignments. Each day presents the opportunity to make a real difference in students educational journeys.
