• Valid Wisconsin Cross-Categorical Special Education certification (License #2801) required
• Demonstrated experience supporting students on the autism spectrum
• Proven ability to work with students presenting a variety of learning, emotional, and intellectual differences
• Strong collaboration skills for partnering with general educators, support staff, and families
• Passion for inclusion and differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and interventions for middle and high school students of varied exceptionalities
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and track student progress
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and engaging classroom culture
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student growth and needs
