Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Texas Special Education Certification (covering assigned grade levels)
• Content Area/Generalist Certification for grades K-5
• Previous experience in a Special Education resource setting is highly beneficial
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to elementary school students in resource settings
• Implement both push-in and pull-out teaching strategies to support student learning
• Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt lessons and develop individualized education plans
• Monitor, track, and report on student progress according to established policies
