Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to create a positive classroom culture built on respect, encouragement, and high expectations
• Enthusiasm for making learning accessible and enjoyable for students of varying abilities
