- Well-developed communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues
- Passion for building positive, supportive relationships with learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instruction and support to 6th-8th grade students with individualized education plans
- Develop engaging, differentiated lesson plans addressing various learning styles and needs
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instructional approaches as needed
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and support staff to ensure student success
