• Provide direct instruction and support for students on your caseload (15-20 students)

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure student progress and compliance
• Adapt instructional materials and modify lessons to address a range of learning needs
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding best practices and support services
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly about students progress
• Uphold all policies and standards in alignment with state and school guidelines
