A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Goose Creek, SC, supporting both resource and self-contained classrooms. This opportunity is ideal for educators with experience in special education who are seeking an in-person teaching role under a W2 contract.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs in both resource and self-contained settings.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students unique requirements.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and well-being.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students in resource and self-contained classrooms preferred.
• Strong understanding of special education laws, instructional techniques, and assessment tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
