This contract position will span the 2026-2027 academic year, offering the opportunity to work onsite and play a vital role in supporting students growth and learning. Use your knowledge and skills to provide specialized instruction, behavioral support, and individualized services that help every child thrive.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct instruction aligned with each students Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Offer comprehensive case management for students receiving special education services
• Ensure all IEPs meet federal, state, and district compliance standards
• Develop and implement a full range of educational and behavioral support services
• Accurately maintain student records and program documentation
• Participate in and consult on the Response to Intervention (RtI) process
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs
• Collaborate with staff to facilitate effective accommodations and modifications in the classroom
• Implement and support behavior intervention plans to foster positive outcomes
• Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed by the school

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Special Education Teacher Certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience in early grades special education preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
