What were looking for:

• Valid New Hampshire Special Education Teacher certification (active and in good standing)
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Familiarity with instructional strategies for a range of learning disabilities and behavioral needs
• Ability to adapt lessons for K-5, 6-8, and/or 9-12 grade students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in the classroom

What youll do:

• Provide specialized instruction and interventions according to students IEPs across elementary, middle, and high school grade bands
• Monitor progress, track data, and adjust instruction as needed
• Work closely with classroom teachers, related service providers, and parents to support student outcomes
• Maintain compliant, accurate documentation in alignment with state and federal regulations
• Foster a nurturing, student-centered classroom culture
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal development
