Desired Qualifications:

• Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement
• Experience in special education, particularly in inclusion/resource or structured settings
• Willingness to assist with toileting and behavioral management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability for diverse classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction in inclusion/resource and structured classroom settings
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for caseloads of 510 students per assignment
• Work collaboratively with classroom staff, paraeducators, and co-teachers
• Foster an encouraging, accommodating learning environment
• Regularly monitor and document student progress
