Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and track individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, aides, parents, and specialists to support student learning

• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records
• Provide direct instruction and differentiated support to students with varying abilities
• Attend meetings, contribute to team discussions, and document relevant student data
