What Youll Contribute:
- Valid North Carolina SPED license required
- Prior experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a school setting
- Understanding of various special education needs and teaching strategies tailored for individual learner growth
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage and adapt to varying caseloads across multiple age groups
