An opportunity is available for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support exceptional children in a middle school setting within a K-12 school located in Gastonia, NC. This full-time contract position spans the current school year and focuses on delivering tailored educational services to students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for exceptional children.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to ensure inclusive and effective learning environments.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state standards.

Qualifications:
