Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience with IEP planning, implementation, and progress monitoring

• Ability to manage a diverse classroom and utilize adaptive teaching strategies
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Adapt lesson plans to meet students varying abilities and learning styles
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers and support staff
• Track and assess student progress, providing regular updates to families and school leaders
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all educational regulations
• Support students academic, social, and emotional development
