Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience with IEP planning, implementation, and progress monitoring

- Ability to manage a diverse classroom and utilize adaptive teaching strategies
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Adapt lesson plans to meet students varying abilities and learning styles
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers and support staff
- Track and assess student progress, providing regular updates to families and school leaders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all educational regulations
- Support students academic, social, and emotional development
