Position Summary
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a committed Special Education Teacher to support a middle school in Gaffney, SC for the full academic year through June 2027. This fulltime role is ideal for educators who excel in resource room instruction, individualized support, and structured classroom management.
The teacher will work closely with students requiring specialized academic assistance, ensuring they receive highquality instruction aligned with their IEP goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Evaluation Conduct academic assessments and track student progress
Classroom Management Maintain a structured, supportive learning environment
Lesson Plan Development Create and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to student needs
IEP Implementation Support IEP goals through targeted instruction and documentation
Collaboration Work with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Qualifications
Valid South Carolina Teaching License with Special Education endorsement
Experience in a middle school resource room preferred
Strong communication, organization, and instructional skills
