What Were Looking For:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) for Colorado
- Experience working with students on the autism spectrum, preferably at the elementary level
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), specialized instruction, and assessment strategies
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and support staff
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate approach and commitment to helping every student succeed
What You'll Do:
- Plan, implement, and adapt instructional activities tailored to students unique learning needs
- Develop and track progress on IEPs in collaboration with students, families, and related service providers
- Employ evidence-based strategies for autism support and social-emotional development

- Communicate consistently with guardians and staff regarding student growth and daily experiences
- Participate in professional development and contribute insights to team meetings
