What Were Looking For:

  • Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) for Colorado
  • Experience working with students on the autism spectrum, preferably at the elementary level
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), specialized instruction, and assessment strategies
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and support staff
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Compassionate approach and commitment to helping every student succeed

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, implement, and adapt instructional activities tailored to students unique learning needs
  • Develop and track progress on IEPs in collaboration with students, families, and related service providers
