Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Indiana teaching license required
• Certification in Mild Intervention for resource role (caseload: 25-30 students)
• Certification in Intense Intervention for essential skills role (caseload: 10 students)
• Experience collaborating with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusivity and personalized support for all learners

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and case management for special education students based on caseload assignment
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Work in partnership with general education teachers to support classroom integration and modifications
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student performance and IEP goals
• Engage positively with families, keeping them informed of progress and collaborating closely to meet student objectives

Role Details:

• Contract position: full-time, Monday through Friday
• 37.5 hours per week
• Schedule is typically 8:20 AM to 3:10 PM (subject to adjustment depending on classroom or student needs)
