This school-based, full-time position runs from 8:00AM-2:30PM, supporting 2nd and 3rd graders with developmental delays or intellectual impairments. Youll play a key role in students growth through the remainder of this school year and into June 2026, working onsite in a supportive environment. Virtual interviews make the process seamless.

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts teaching license/certification in Moderate or Severe Disabilities
  • Previous school-based experience required
  • Experience with students with developmental delays or intellectual impairments preferred
  • CORI background check and fingerprinting (letter of suitability from a previous employer may be considered)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction based on IEPs for 2nd and 3rd grade students
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administration
  • Maintain accurate records and data tracking
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
