Special Education Teachers Needed in Massachusetts Contract Positions
We are currently seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for contract positions in schools throughout Massachusetts, including opportunities in Framingham. These roles offer the chance to work with diverse K-12 student populations across a variety of classroom settings, supporting individualized learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and support to students with special needs across K-12 grade levels
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet student goals and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state and federal special education guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License is required
- Experience with case management and providing instruction to students with varied disabilities
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, teaching strategies, and IEP development
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively within different classroom settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
