Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and adapt instructional materials for individualized student needs
- Provide direct instruction and support in both group and one-on-one settings
- Monitor student progress toward educational goals, and document outcomes
- Work closely with general education teachers to deliver inclusive programs
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Create a safe, structured environment that encourages student growth
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress
