Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in working with middle school caseloads

• Skill in adapting curriculum and teaching methods to meet individualized needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students assigned to the caseload
• Develop, revise, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with school and state guidelines

• Track student progress and maintain organized, up-to-date documentation
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to promote engagement and achievement
