Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students strengths and needs
  • Adapt and deliver instructional material for a range of abilities and learning styles within elementary and high school levels
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and other professionals to maximize student achievement
  • Monitor and document student progress, modifying strategies as necessary
  • Engage in ongoing parent and guardian communication regarding student milestones and support strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and all scheduled program activities
