Key Responsibilities:
- Design and adapt lesson plans to meet students individualized needs
- Provide direct instruction and support in a variety of subjects
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with educational standards
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and support staff
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, offering insights and strategies for student development
- Engage regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns
- Implement behavior support strategies and nurture a positive, respectful classroom culture
