An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher dedicated to supporting students with diverse learning needs. This role involves providing tailored instruction and interventions to enhance the educational experience and promote student success within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and goals.
• Participate in professional development and school meetings as required.
• Travel to multiple school locations within the Fort Wayne area to support various classrooms.

Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
