• Valid teaching certification with appropriate Special Education endorsement
• Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction aligned to students IEPs
• Assess student strengths, progress, and needs through ongoing observation and data collection
• Work closely with general education teachers and other specialists to support inclusion where appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and write clear, compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and advocate effectively for your students
• Utilize evidence-based instructional methods and positive behavior supports
• Engage parents and guardians as key partners in their childs education
