Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join an elementary school in Forest City, North Carolina for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, on-site position working with a supportive district committed to student growth, inclusion, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Individualized Instruction Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals for elementary students.

• IEP Management Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs.

• Collaborative Teaching Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families.

• Progress Monitoring Assess student performance and adjust instruction as needed.

• Classroom Support Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Special Education License in North Carolina (or eligibility).

• Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or related field.

• Experience working with elementary-age students preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
