Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education License required

• Ability to manage and adjust to varied caseloads and classroom settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students individual education plans (IEPs)
• Develop and implement effective classroom strategies that support student growth
• Track and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed for success
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and school administration
• Maintain an inclusive, positive, and safe classroom environment
• Communicate regularly and effectively with families regarding student progress and needs
