Job Description

What Were Looking For:

  • Valid Indiana state teaching license for Mild to Moderate (K-12) Special Education
  • Experience as a Special Education Teacher, Licensed Teacher of Record, or closely related roles
  • Familiarity supporting students in varied caseloads: Special Education classrooms, Inclusion, Resource, and Autism
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to meeting the diverse needs of learners and advocating for inclusive education
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored instruction in accordance with IEP goals and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to maximize student success
