Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs in both co-taught and resource settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to adapt curriculum materials and strategies
• Develop, review, and implement IEPs, monitoring student progress regularly
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to engage and motivate students
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in parent meetings, professional development, and team planning sessions
