This full-time, onsite position will see you collaborating with a single school throughout the 26/27 academic yearAugust through May 2027helping to foster growth and achievement among approximately 30 students with diverse needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid WA Special Education (SPED) Teaching License is required
• ESA Certification is mandatory
• Previous experience working in a special education/resource classroom preferred
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Passion for individualized instruction and student advocacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted instructional support to students within a resource classroom setting
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service staff, and families to create and implement IEPs
• Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust teaching strategies to best serve individual student goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages every student to reach their potential
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development
