Step into an impactful role supporting students as a Special Education Teacher in a resource classroom setting. This full-time, onsite position will see you collaborating with a single school throughout the 26/27 academic yearAugust through May 2027helping to foster growth and achievement among approximately 30 students with diverse needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid WA Special Education (SPED) Teaching License is required
- ESA Certification is mandatory
- Previous experience working in a special education/resource classroom preferred
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Passion for individualized instruction and student advocacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted instructional support to students within a resource classroom setting
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service staff, and families to create and implement IEPs
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust teaching strategies to best serve individual student goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages every student to reach their potential
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
