Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification or license appropriate for K-12 teaching
• Experience with students in one or more of the following: Pre-K, Early Childhood, Elementary (K5), Middle (68), or High School (912) settings
• Ability to differentiate instruction and develop IEPs for various grade levels and abilities
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
• Flexible mindset and adaptability in dynamic class settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with a variety of learning needs across multiple grade levels, including Math
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with other educators, paraprofessionals, and specialists to support student goals
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom climate that fosters student growth and independence
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and report outcomes to necessary stakeholders
• Engage actively with families and caregivers to encourage participation in the educational process
