Qualifications:

• Valid teaching credential in Special Education (or eligibility)
• Experience working with students in grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, or High School
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and differentiated instructional methods
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Capability to teach and adapt Math concepts to diverse learners
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction for students in special education settings across grade levels (Pre-K through 12)
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Create lesson plans that address different learning styles and developmental needs
• Track and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
• Engage in professional development activities and team meetings as required
• Communicate regularly with families, support staff, and school administration
