Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Georgia Special Education Teacher certification or licensure (please submit verification)
• Background working in school-based special education settings is highly valued
• Skilled in delivering targeted interventions, differentiating instruction, and supporting IEP goals
• Proven ability to foster positive relationships and work alongside general education staff
• Strong organizational, documentation, and classroom management capabilities
• Commitment to a full-time, onsite schedule (MondayFriday, 37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small group instruction tailored to students unique needs
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and assist in developing educational plans
• Implement and document progress toward IEP and academic goals
• Create an inclusive, well-structured classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families, general education teachers, and support staff
• Maintain precise records and comply with all special education documentation requirements
