Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid CDE SSP license required
  • Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in elementary education
  • Adaptability to new school settings and comfort working with ESY (Extended School Year) programs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide instruction and support to students during ESY (June 1-25), Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am-12:00 pm
  • Manage individualized education plans and document student progress
  • Collaborate with other staff and participate in panel-style interviews via Zoom
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
