Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification or licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for supporting the unique needs of students with disabilities
- Eagerness to work with IEPs and provide direct instruction
- Open to new graduates or experienced educators
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with related service providers to review and update IEP goals
- Deliver individualized, goal-based instruction tailored to each student's needs
- Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress and outcomes
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with families and team members regarding student development
