• A valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Proven experience working with early childhood or preschool-aged children with special needs
• Deep understanding of early childhood development and strategies for individualized instruction
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven teaching
• Flexibility, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

In this role, youll:

• Provide direct instruction and intervention for children ages 3-5 within an early childhood center setting
• Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Adapt curriculum and learning environments to meet students unique needs
• Assess and document student progress, maintaining compliance with regulations and best practices
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom focused on each students growth, strengths, and needs
• Communicate regularly with families and staff to support student success and engagement
