Qualifications & Desired Experience
- At least two years experience in an administrative or school setting; prior experience in urban school environments is especially valued.
- Spanish proficiency is required to effectively serve our diverse families.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to details and follow-through.
- Flexibility and composure working in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Ability to maintain and monitor workflow systems, uphold policies, and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for students, families, and guestscreating a positive and organized atmosphere in the front office.
- Manage phones, messages, and calendar scheduling for school leadership, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Administer basic first aid and student medications per guidelines; communicate effectively with families regarding student needs.
- Oversee student enrollment, records management, withdrawals, immunization compliance, and annual recruitment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to keep communication platforms and student files current and accessible.
- Track and process materials and receipts, supporting school purchasing needs.
- Assist with HR record maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Proactively respond to inquiries, providing knowledgeable and mission-aligned information at every opportunity.

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
