Essential Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey special education teaching license required
• Proven experience or strong interest in supporting students with special needs across K-12 levels

• Ability to adapt instructional strategies, create inclusive lesson plans, and implement IEPs
• Flexibility to work with a diverse range of students and classroom settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction to address individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and IEP implementation
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
