Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to students unique needs
• Assess student progress and adjust learning plans accordingly
• Collaborate with other educators, paraprofessionals, and support staff to create a supportive classroom environment
• Communicate consistently with families to ensure ongoing support
• Maintain all required documentation and compliance standards
