Youll be working onsite, engaging with a diverse and manageable caseload of 16-20 students. Each week, you'll invest 37.5 hours of dedicated instruction, collaboration, and supporthelping learners thrive both academically and personally.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Special Education Teacher certification (emergency certificates not accepted)
• Previous experience working with students with special needs preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet varied learning needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom climate

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction aligned with students IEPs
• Collaborate effectively with families, general education teachers, and support staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor progress on IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and educational plans
• Employ diverse tools and strategies to encourage student participation and growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, cooperative team environment
