This full-time, onsite opportunity is perfect for a skilled Special Education Teacher and Case Manager with a passion for individualized learning. As you work with a focused caseload of four students, you will have the chance to provide meaningful, personalized support and champion their growth and success.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois (IL) State License in Special Education or related relevant discipline
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Demonstrated experience working as a Special Education Teacher and/or Case Manager within a school environment
- Strong expertise in supporting students with multiple and complex needs
- Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt instructional methods and strategies to meet individual student goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the educational programs and case files for a small caseload of four students with varied, complex needs
- Develop, implement, and regularly review IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, families, and other professionals to create coordinated support strategies
- Provide direct instruction and interventions tailored to each students strengths and areas of need
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all student records
- Attend relevant meetings, trainings, and planning sessions as required by the school and district

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $45.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
