This role is available immediately and runs through the end of the school year, offering the flexibility of elementary or high school caseloads based on your preference and experience.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
- A valid New Mexico Special Education teaching certification
- Strong grasp of relevant subjects and grade levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to adapt lessons and teaching styles to meet individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Continuously assess and adjust strategies to optimize student engagement and achievement
