Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute individualized education plans tailored to each students needs and grade level

  • Collect and analyze student performance data to guide instructional decisions and IEP updates
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers to ensure program effectiveness
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Communicate consistently with parents/guardians regarding progress and goals
  • Employ effective classroom management for a safe, engaged, and positive environment
