Make a meaningful impact in the 26/27 school year as a Special Education Teacher supporting elementary and middle school students. This full-time, onsite position focuses on both resource and co-teaching models, engaging with students who have significant cognitive, developmental, and/or behavioral disabilities. Youll collaborate closely with a passionate educational team to provide tailored instruction and support that helps each student thrive in their learning journey.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification for the state of Minnesota
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and implement individualized strategies to support diverse learners academic and social development
• Work collaboratively in resource and co-teaching classrooms, adapting curriculum and interventions to meet unique student needs
• Coordinate with other educators, related service providers, and families to ensure comprehensive support and progress monitoring for each student
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet all educational compliance requirements
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment while encouraging student growth and independence
