Key qualifications and experience include:
- Valid Special Education license or Administrator certification
- Masters degree in Education or a related field
- Proven expertise in Minnesota Special Education laws and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational skills to manage extensive documentation and paperwork
- Experience in consulting and coordinating effectively with teachers and school administration
- Ability to lead training sessions for staff new to specific compliance areas
Responsibilities for this role encompass:
- Overseeing the coordination and collaboration between teachers, administration, and an external consulting company
- Ensuring full compliance with all Minnesota Special Education regulations and documentation requirements
- Managing and maintaining detailed records, reports, and compliance paperwork
