Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)
• At least one year of experience teaching special education
• Comfortable supporting elementary, middle, or high school age groups
• Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with general educators, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records for student progress and compliance
• Engage in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Create an environment that encourages student engagement, growth, and independence
