Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education License (required)
• Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
• Ability to adapt instruction for a range of learning needs and abilities
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Compassionate, patient, and resourceful problem-solver

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
• Design differentiated instructional activities based on student abilities and program goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure students success
• Communicate effectively with families and guardians regarding progress and support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where all students can thrive
