Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License required
  • Experience working with K-12 students, ideally with diverse needs and abilities
  • Strong collaboration skills for working alongside general educators, therapists, and families
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Flexibility to work in different classroom types or grade levels as assigned

  • Modify curriculum and materials to ensure accessibility and engagement
  • Gather and report progress data to measure student outcomes
