Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Massachusetts Special Education License (required)
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Ability to adapt instruction for a range of learning needs and abilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, patient, and resourceful problem-solver
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Design differentiated instructional activities based on student abilities and program goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure students success
- Communicate effectively with families and guardians regarding progress and support strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where all students can thrive

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
